🚨 WE’RE HIRING | GROUP HEAD – DAM & HYDROPOWER EXPERT
📍 Location: Bangalore
🌍 Large-Scale Hydropower | PSP | Dam Projects
We are looking for a highly experienced Dam & Hydropower Expert to lead the planning, design, review and execution of large-scale Hydropower, PSP and Dam Projects, including projects in the Himalayan region and international markets.
🔹 Key Requirements:
• 20+ years of experience in Dam & Hydropower Engineering
• 10+ years in leadership roles for major 200 MW+ Hydropower Projects
• Strong experience in Himalayan Hydropower Projects
• Expertise in Gravity, Embankment, Rockfill & RCC Dams
• Strong knowledge of Spillways, Tunnels, Canals, Penstocks & Powerhouses
• Expertise in Dam Safety, Hydrology & Hydraulic Modelling
• Experience in feasibility studies, DPR, design review & project execution
• Strong exposure to Pumped Storage Projects (PSP)
• Knowledge of Indian & international hydro guidelines and regulatory processes
• PPP / International Project experience is an added advantage
• Knowledge of SAP2000, STAAD, HEC-RAS, GeoStudio & Civil 3D
