ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time, on-site role in Chandigarh. As Graphic Designer and Video Editor, you work across both design and video. One day you are designing brand and campaign visuals, the next you are editing a video from start to finish. Both are a core part of the job.
You will work on a mix of client accounts, so you should be comfortable moving between brands and turning briefs around cleanly. You report to the Founder and Creative Director and work closely with the wider creative team.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Design brand and campaign visuals: social posts, ads, brochures and other marketing material
- Edit videos from start to finish: the cut, pacing, colour, sound, titles and subtitles
- Work on brand identity and keep the look consistent across everything
- Design for print and prepare final files where needed
- Turn briefs into finished work, on brand and on time
- Work across several client accounts at once
- Keep files, templates and assets organised
MUST-HAVES
- Minimum 2 years of experience, with time at a marketing or creative agency
- Good at both graphic design and video editing, with a portfolio that shows both
- Good with the core tools: CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Figma
- Strong video editing: the cut, pacing, colour, sound and titles, with finished work to show
- A good eye for design and brand, and strong attention to detail
- Can manage more than one project at a time and meet deadlines
- Based in Chandigarh, for on-site work
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Motion graphics or animation skills
- Basic sound design
- Comfortable using AI tools for image and video
- Worked across different industries or brands
