Are you a creative designer who enjoys taking ownership of projects and bringing ideas to life? We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing e-commerce wellness brand and help shape our visual identity across digital platforms.
📍 Location: Remote / Work From Home
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
📱 Social Media & Content Design
- Design engaging creatives including product promotional graphics, Did you know posts, customer testimonials, FAQs, educational and informational content, health & wellness facts, awareness posts, offer and campaign creatives, festival creatives, and other marketing graphics as required. (Daily 1 SM graphic)
- Create 2 Instagram Reels and 1 YouTube video per week.
- Conduct content research for graphic content using the company website blogs, social media profiles, competitor platforms, industry trends, and other authentic sources. (Guidance will be provided whenever required.)
🌐 Website Graphics & Image Optimization
- Maintain high-quality, background-free first product images throuout the website
- Optimize website images for quality, size, and faster loading speeds.
- Optimize and update website product images, collection banners, blog banners, and other website graphics as required.
📦 Packaging & Print Design (Occasional)
- Design product packaging (monocartons & boxes), product labels, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
✅ Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools to enhance design and content creation workflows.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, layouts, and color theory.
- Ability to conduct independent content research and generate creative ideas.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to coordinate directly with vendors and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
⭐ Added Advantage
Candidates with experience in Shopify website management and development will be given preference.
Additional skills such as:
- Shopify backend management
- Website updates
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Basic Shopify technical troubleshooting
- Theme customization
- Basic HTML/CSS
- WordPress
will be considered a significant advantage, and a higher salary may be offered to candidates with these additional technical skills.
