Profile Description & Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 1
year of experience to join the BICAds team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and visually appealing designs for digital and print media.
- Design social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, presentations, and
other marketing creatives.
- Develop creative concepts in line with brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand design
requirements.
- Make design modifications based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of
creatives.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, and visual style across all
designs.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative tools.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and
composition.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Canva and other design tools will be an added advantage.
- Creative thinking and a good eye for detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Good time-management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Kondhwa, Pune.
