About the Role
Srujan Infotech is looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Graphic Designer** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media creatives, branding, digital marketing visuals, and promotional designs.
Key Responsibilities
* Create creative designs for **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms**
* Design **social media posts, carousels, reels covers, banners, ads, and promotional creatives**
* Develop graphics for **digital marketing campaigns and client brands**
* Maintain brand consistency across different creatives
* Work closely with the **Digital Marketing and Content teams**
* Understand client requirements and convert ideas into visually appealing designs
* Create designs for festivals, campaigns, events, and promotional activities
* Make revisions based on client/team feedback
* Stay updated with current **design trends and social media formats**
Required Skills
* Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator**
* Knowledge of **Canva** and other graphic design tools
* Good understanding of **typography, colours, layouts, and branding**
* Creative thinking and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Basic understanding of **digital marketing and social media creatives** is an advantage
Preferred Candidate
* 1–3 years of experience in graphic designing
* Experience with an **advertising/digital marketing agency** will be preferred
* Portfolio showcasing social media and branding work
* Ability to take quick decisions and work independently
