Role Description The Global Mobility Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end global mobility processes, including coordinating international assignments, relocations, and transfers in alignment with internal policies and local regulations. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing employee and assignment data, preparing documentation, coordinating with immigration and relocation partners, and tracking case progress. The Global Mobility Associate will communicate frequently with employees, HR, and external vendors to provide guidance, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth mobility experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing status reports, identifying process improvements, and supporting consulting projects related to mobility policies and compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong Global Mobility knowledge, including experience with international assignments, relocations, and mobility policies.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track cases, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with employees, HR, leadership, and external partners.
- Understanding of Immigration processes, documentation requirements, and compliance considerations across jurisdictions.
- Experience in Consulting or advisory work, preferably related to HR, global mobility, or workforce management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, International Relations, or a related field.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for documentation, tracking, and reporting; experience with HR or mobility systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in the Greater Delhi Area and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
