- The role oversees the full lifecycle management of global investments, M&A, BD strategic cooperation, equity investments, and asset divestitures for Gland Pharma. Develop global investment and M&A strategies aligned with the Company’s core focus on injectables and CDMO businesses. Establish the investment management system, lead the investment team, and spearhead cross-border transaction execution covering valuation, negotiation, closing, and post-investment integration.
- Leverage the Parents Group's global resources to identify targets across North America, India, China, and other markets, driving pipeline enrichment, capacity expansion, and geographic footprint growth. Presents material transaction opportunities to senior leadership and the Group Investment Committee to facilitate decision-making.
- This role requires frequent cross-timezone travel and in-depth engagement with global pharmaceutical enterprises, PE/VC firms, investment banks, law firms, and financial advisors.
