Glenbrook High School District 225 is seeking an Enrollment Specialist for the 2025-2026 school year.
The Enrollment Specialist is charged with keeping accurate records for past and current students. The Enrollment Specialist is also the first point of contact for most students entering the district. The Enrollment Specialist collects and disseminates enrollment information on all new and transfer students. The Enrollment Specialist coordinates the Residency and Financial Aid process for all affected families and students.
Education and/or Experience and Qualifications
- Associate’s degree, and/or two years’ administrative assistant experience.
- Experience in an education environment and/or business preferred.
- Desire for continued professional development is essential.
- Ability to develop and navigate databases using formulas and mathematical functions.
- Ability to manage web-based programs including calendars, schedules, surveys, and the departmental website.
- Ability to read, understand, and develop statistical reports.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating instructions, school codes and procedures, and data-based reports.

Essential Functions
1. Collect and manage documents and approve residency for returning, incoming,
and transfer students.
2. Maintain student/parent demographic information including residency and

free/reduced status in the student information system.
3. Prepare, process, and maintain district-wide student residency information.
4. Identify and/or recommend residency questions, concerns, or investigations.
5. Prepare, process, and assist with the maintenance of the annual student
enrollment process.
6. Prepare, process, and maintain registration, scheduling, and grade/transcript
reporting within the student information system for summer school and other
summer programs (e.g. Oakton).
7. Meet with financial aid applicants to determine eligibility status, and process and
maintain financial aid applications.
8. Maintain ISBE student information system changes throughout the year in
partnership with the Database Analyst and Programmer and the Technology
Operations Specialist - SIS Focus.
9. Identify and report students who qualify for McKinney-Vento designation to the
ISBE student information system.
10. Assist in providing support to the GBA Visitor Center, and serving as the district
receptionist as needed.

Retirement System
