Role Description The German Language Trainer will deliver structured German language training to students and professionals preparing for the Ausbildung program and other international opportunities. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida involves planning and conducting interactive classes, designing lesson plans aligned with recognized proficiency levels (A1–B2), and assessing learner progress through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions. The trainer will prepare learners for language exams, interviews, and real-life communication in German professional and social settings, while maintaining accurate training records and progress reports. The role includes collaborating with counseling and placement teams to align language training with career pathways, updating teaching materials based on current curriculum standards, and supporting learners with doubt-clearing sessions and extra practice when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong command of German language (preferably B2/C1 level or above) with the ability to teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills effectively.
- Proven experience in language teaching or training, ideally in German, with familiarity in preparing learners for standardized language exams.
- Ability to design lesson plans, create learning resources, and use diverse teaching methodologies to engage learners with different proficiency levels.
- Excellent classroom management, interpersonal, and communication skills to support a diverse group of learners in an inclusive environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Education, German Studies, or a related field; formal teaching certification or German teaching qualification is an advantage.
- Comfort with digital tools and online learning platforms for creating materials, tracking progress, and supplementing in-person training.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with counseling, staffing, and operations teams.
- Prior exposure to German culture, education, or workplace environments, and understanding of the Ausbildung pathway is highly beneficial.
