About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CAD Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training to engineering students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CAD software and a passion for helping learners build practical, industry-relevant skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct engaging CAD training sessions for students and professionals.
• Deliver both online and classroom-based training as required.
• Demonstrate engineering concepts using practical examples and real-world applications.
• Develop training content, assignments, and practice exercises.
• Resolve learners' technical questions during and after sessions.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CAD Trainer.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or similar CAD software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring engineers.
Preferred Qualification
Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
