Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent; significant experience designing and governing enterprise IAM with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, federation, SSO, MFA, and identity governance; knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP; must be US citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual; eligible for ITAR/CUI environments.
