Job Title: Genesys Developer
Position: Software Engineer

- Familiarity/experience with call center technology
- Candidate should have experience with Genesys Cloud Architect
- Candidate should have experience building Genesys call flows and data actions that include integrations with external APis/systems
- Candidate should have experience in micraoservices development/integration.
API Design and Development:Design, develop, and implement high quality APIs that meet business requirements.
Collaborate with software architects to define API specifications and standards.
Integration and Testing: Integrate APIs with existing systems and third party services.
Conduct thorough testing to identify and address potential issues, ensuring the reliability and scalability of APIs.
Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for APIs, including technical specifications, usage guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams, including front end and back end developers, to ensure seamless integration of APIs. Collaborate with product managers to understand and implement feature requests.
Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in API code to ensure optimal speed and efficiency. Implement security best practices to safeguard APIs against potential vulnerabilities.
Version Control: Utilize version control systems to manage and track changes to API code.
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for API related issues.
Collaborate with support teams to resolve customer reported problems related to APIs.
- Developing application code & unit tests in Java

- Ensuring that software meets or exceed specified standards and end user requirements
