We're Hiring — Genesys Cloud CX Professionals (Multiple Seniority Levels)
Appxconnect is expanding our Genesys Cloud CX bench for a large-scale enterprise contact centre transformation program with a global BFSI/insurance client.
We're hiring across levels — from hands-on Developers to Solution Architects and Technical Leads — for a hybrid engagement requiring UK shift hours.
🔹 What we're looking for:
- Genesys Cloud CX architecture & multi-tenant design
- Omnichannel contact centre experience (voice, chat, email, social)
- IVR/IVA design and customer journey orchestration
- ACD routing strategies (skills-based, priority, predictive)
- Genesys Architect flow design
- Data actions & external API integrations
- Genesys Cloud REST APIs / event-driven architecture
- CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics)
- OAuth2, RBAC, and data security fundamentals
- SIP, telephony & WebRTC basics
- Cloud architecture fundamentals (AWS, scalability, resilience)
- JavaScript for flow logic & data transformation
- Reporting & analytics (dashboards, KPIs, speech analytics)
- Bot & AI capabilities — conversational bots, NLP/NLU, intent/entity design, bot-to-agent handoff
- Strong stakeholder communication & production troubleshooting experience
