Job Description:-
- A General Physician is responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of common medical conditions in adult patients.
- Conduct patient consultations, comprehensive clinical examinations, and review medical history and symptoms.
- Interpret laboratory, imaging, ECG, and other diagnostic reports to support accurate diagnosis.
- Prescribe appropriate medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Identify and manage medical emergencies and provide initial stabilization when required.
- Monitor patient progress and provide regular follow-up care.
- Provide preventive healthcare, health screening, and lifestyle counseling.
- Refer patients to specialists when advanced evaluation or treatment is required.
- Coordinate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, prescriptions, and clinical documentation.
