🎯 About the Role
As the General Manager – Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that accelerate revenue, strengthen brand visibility, generate quality leads, and build high-performing sales teams.
You will work closely with leadership to identify new business opportunities, improve customer acquisition, and ensure sales and marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales & marketing function with a strong focus on revenue growth.
- Develop and execute effective sales, marketing, lead-generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and drive the team toward achieving business objectives.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competition, and emerging opportunities.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion, customer retention, and overall sales performance.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with clients, channel partners, developers, and other key stakeholders.
- Track campaign and sales performance using CRM, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Identify new markets, projects, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Sales & General Management, preferably within real estate or related sectors.
- Strong track record of achieving revenue and sales targets.
- Excellent team leadership, mentoring, and performance management skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales, marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales/marketing analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and manage multiple priorities effectively.
