We are looking for Top-Performing General Managers from the Real Estate Industry to lead our sales vertical in Gurgaon.
If you have a proven track record in Real Estate Sales and are ready to lead a high-performance team, we want to talk to you.
📍 Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)
💼 Open Position: General Manager - Real Estate Sales
💰 Salary Package: +₹1Lakh per Month + Revenue Sharing-50%

🎯 *Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead, mentor and drive a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans for business growth
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients & channel partners
* Conduct client meetings, site visits, negotiations and closures
* Drive revenue through new client acquisition and existing portfolio
* Track market trends, competitor activities and new project launches
👤 *Desired Candidate Profile:*
* Mandatory: 5–6+ Years of experience in Real Estate Sales ONLY
* Must have experience in handling a team
* Strong leadership, communication & closing skills
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Must be currently working in Real Estate in Gurgaon Market
* Graduate / MBA Preferred
