Team
Making an impact. What will you do?
- Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Evaluate training programs
- Suggest new HR strategies
- Lead recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities in partnership with business leaders
- Drive performance management, annual salary review, promotions, succession planning and performance improvement initiatives
- Lead employee engagement, rewards & recognition, retention and employee survey programs
- Ensure statutory compliance, labour law adherence, POSH governance and audit readiness
- Develop HR dashboards and workforce analytics for decision making
- Lead organization change and transformation initiatives
- Coach Team Leads on talent, leadership and employee relations matters
- Manage external recruitment agencies, assessment providers and training vendors
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
- At least 10 years of experience in HR with at least 3-4 years in HRBP role, operating at a senior level, with a proven track record of achievement & delivery of HR plans
- Experience working in a medium/large-sized global organization with exposure to global compensation design/trends will be an advantage, working and interacting with colleagues located remotely and from different cultures
- A Graduate in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management, preferably with an MBA or equivalent degree/ diploma
- Professional certifications in Human Resources would be an added advantage
- Understanding/ basic knowledge of financials and budgeting would be preferred. Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS (preferably SAP)
