**What You'll Own:**
✅ Complete P&L responsibility across **5–7 workshops** in the network
✅ Workshop operations, manpower planning, and technician productivity at each location
✅ Customer satisfaction (TNPS/CSI) and service quality standards across all workshops
✅ Spare parts inventory management and control across multiple sites
✅ OEM (Hero MotoCorp / Ather) compliance, audits, and warranty claims
✅ Revenue growth through Value Added Services (AMC, PPF, Care Plans, Insurance)
✅ Team leadership — Service Managers, Advisors, Technicians, Workshop In-Charges across all locations
✅ Driving service retention, repeat visits, and workshop efficiency (VOR, TAT) network-wide
✅ Standardising processes and SOPs across all workshops for consistent quality

🔹 Proven experience as GM Service / Regional Service Manager handling **multiple workshops** in an automobile dealership (2W/4W)
🔹 Strong understanding of OEM service standards and multi-location dealership operations
🔹 Track record of improving service revenue and customer satisfaction scores across locations
🔹 Strong people management skills — ability to lead teams across multiple sites
🔹 Data-driven approach to workshop KPIs (TAT, VOR, CSI, Manpower Utilization)
🔹 Willingness to travel regularly between workshop locations
🔹 Excellent communication skills — Odia, Hindi, English
