Kiran Motors Maharashtra Limited – Authorized Maruti Suzuki Dealer is looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Service to lead our service operations and drive customer satisfaction.
📍 Location: Mira Road, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead overall workshop and service operations
✔ Drive revenue, profitability, and service KPIs
✔ Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
✔ Manage and develop service teams
✔ Implement process improvements and operational excellence
Requirements:
✅ 5–7 years of experience in Service Management (Automobile Industry preferred)
✅ Strong knowledge of workshop operations, parts, and service processes
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
✅ Proven track record of driving business growth and team performance
