Description
Seeking an experienced GenAI / AI-ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions including RAG pipelines and multi-agent workflows.
Role: GenAI / AI-ML Engineer
Location: Noida/NCR, In person
Experience
- 4–6 years in core Machine Learning / Deep Learning
- At least 1+ years of hands-on experience in GenAI/LLM projects
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions
- Build modern Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
- Deploy multi-agent workflows
- Fine-tune AI models
- Integrate scalable backend APIs for enterprise-grade applications
- Develop LLM-powered applications using prompt engineering and AI agents
- Write robust Python code and build high-performance REST APIs using FastAPI
- Design end-to-end data preprocessing, feature engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation pipelines
- Containerize applications using Docker
- Deploy scalable models on AWS with CI/CD integration
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure reliability, security, and performance
Additional Responsibilities
- Evaluate RAG pipelines using frameworks like RAGAS
- Use evaluation metrics such as BLEU and ROUGE
- Ensure production environment reliability and security
