We are looking for an experienced AI Engineering Lead to drive AI innovation and build impactful AI-powered products. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in AI/ML engineering, Python, AWS, MongoDB, and building AI products.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and work with data, ML models, LLMs, Generative AI, and AI architectures.
- Design and build AI-powered products and solutions.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable AI solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and Leadership teams to identify and implement AI opportunities.
- Drive AI initiatives from idea to production.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of relevant experience.
- BE/B.Tech degree.
- Experience as a Data Engineer, ML Engineer, AI Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Experience with AWS infrastructure and MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, LLMs, Generative AI, and AI architectures.
- Proven experience in building and deploying AI products.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive technical initiatives.
