Role Description The Gen AI Engineer will design, build, and optimize generative AI solutions that enhance data analytics, business intelligence, and decision support tools for global clients. Responsibilities include developing and fine-tuning models for natural language interfaces, pattern recognition, and intelligent automation, as well as integrating AI capabilities into web, cloud, and BI applications. The role involves collaborating with product managers, data engineers, and software developers to translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures, conducting experiments, evaluating model performance, and implementing best practices for security, reliability, and ethical AI use. The Gen AI Engineer will also maintain documentation, support deployment and monitoring in production, and contribute to continuous improvement of AI frameworks, libraries, and pipelines. This is a full-time remote role.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles; bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including training, evaluating, and deploying deep learning models for real-world applications.
- Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, retrieval-augmented generation, conversational AI, and prompt engineering for large language models.
- Practical skills in Software Development, using languages and frameworks like Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern libraries for AI/ML integration into production systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms and data technologies (e.g., Azure, Databricks, SQL, Snowflake) and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) is highly beneficial.
