Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior GenAI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions and intelligent products.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG Architectures, Python, FastAPI, Cloud Technologies, and Enterprise Application Integrations. The role requires hands-on technical leadership and the ability to build scalable AI products from concept to production.

This position offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI platforms that integrate with Oracle ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM, and enterprise business applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions.

Build AI products and accelerators that integrate with Oracle ERP and enterprise ecosystems.

Architect and implement RAG-based knowledge management systems.

Design and develop AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, and Autonomous Workflows.

Develop scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI.

Build and optimize LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, and open-source models.

Implement vector search, embeddings, semantic retrieval, and document intelligence solutions.

Design APIs and microservices for AI model integration.

Lead the complete AI product lifecycle from ideation to deployment.

Collaborate with Oracle consultants, product teams, architects, and business stakeholders.

Optimize AI model performance, latency, scalability, and operational costs.

Establish AI engineering standards, governance, and security best practices.

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
