About the Role
We are looking for an experienced GeM Tender Executive with hands-on experience in Transportation / Vehicle Hiring / Vehicle Rental Services on the GeM Portal.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable government tenders, preparing bids, managing documentation and ensuring timely submission of bids related to vehicle rental and transportation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant GeM tenders for transportation and vehicle rental services.
- Handle the complete GeM bidding process from tender identification to bid submission.
- Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and commercial conditions.
- Prepare and submit GeM bids for vehicle hiring / transportation services.
- Prepare competitive rates and commercial proposals for transportation tenders.
- Manage tender-related documentation, declarations, certificates and other required paperwork.
- Track EMD, performance security, bid deadlines, corrigendums and tender amendments..
- Monitor bid status and participate in further tender-related processes, including clarification and negotiations where applicable..
- Keep track of new government transportation opportunities available through GeM and other relevant tender platforms.
Required Experience
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in GeM Tendering / Government Tender Management.
- Mandatory: Prior experience specifically in Transportation / Vehicle Hiring / Car Rental / Employee Transportation tenders.
- Strong hands-on experience with the GeM Portal.
- Experience handling tenders related to vehicle rental, transportation services, fleet services or cab hiring.
