💎 We’re Hiring: GATI Software Support Analyst
We are looking for a sharp, process-driven GATI Software Support Analyst to act as the key bridge between our manufacturing operations and our GATI platform!
đź“Ś Role Summary
You will serve as the primary link between backend operations and the GATI platform—monitoring daily usage, troubleshooting issues, documenting process gaps, and keeping our production workflow running smoothly.
đź“‹ Key Responsibilities
- Daily System Support: Monitor daily GATI software operations across teams to ensure real-time data accuracy and platform stability.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, document, and resolve system bugs, data discrepancies, and operational process gaps quickly.
- User Training & SOPs: Train non-technical staff on proper platform usage and maintain clear, updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
đź“‹ Qualifications
Must-Have:
- GATI Software Expertise: 2–4 years of direct, hands-on experience using GATI software (mandatory).
- Workflow Understanding: Solid grasp of jewelry manufacturing workflows, order tracking, and inventory steps.
- Core Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and clear communication skills.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in jewelry operations or backend support.
- Demonstrated ability in SOP drafting and user onboarding/training.

- 🕒 Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 🗓️ Working Days: Monday – Saturday
