Role Summary
The Fund Manager will support the Company's treasury, fundraising, investment, and capital market activities. The role requires a blend of financial analysis, market intelligence, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities to optimize funding, liquidity, and investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities -
Treasury & Liquidit
- yMonitor liquidity, cash flows, and borrowing costs
- .Support Asset Liability Management (ALM) and treasury planning
- .Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and efficient deployment of surplus funds
.Fund Raising & Capital Market
- sSupport fundraising through banks, financial institutions, debt markets, securitisation, NCDs, and other funding channels
- .Prepare funding proposals, lender presentations, and transaction-related documentation
- .Manage relationships with lenders, investors, rating agencies, and market intermediaries
.Investment Managemen
- tEvaluate investment opportunities for surplus funds
- .Track fixed-income markets, debt instruments, and investment performance
- .Recommend investment strategies balancing liquidity, safety, and returns
.Financial Analysis & Strategic Suppor
- tDevelop financial models, investment analyses, and management dashboards
- .Monitor market trends, interest rates, and regulatory developments
- .Support strategic financial initiatives and business opportunities
.Stakeholder Managemen
- tCoordinate with Finance, Business, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and external stakeholders
- .Support due diligence, rating reviews, audits, and regulatory interactions

- leMBA (Finance), CA, CFA, FRM, or equivalent qualificatio
