💼 About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused engineering graduates to join our Functional Support team as Functional Consultants.
As a Functional Consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their business requirements, analyse their needs, and identify suitable solutions using our Project Management Product.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates who are interested in functional consulting, business applications, project management, and customer-facing roles.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyse customer business requirements and provide appropriate functional solutions.
- Act as the key interface between customers and internal teams.
- Handle customer support calls and provide procedural and functional assistance.
- Create and maintain support logs and documentation.
- Understand site-specific requirements from projects transitioned to the support team.
- Create RS/Sprint requirements and coordinate the release of required builds.
- Assist site teams with project-related assignments.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports.
- Provide functional inputs for new configurations and functional clarifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requirements.
- Develop strong customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Travel to client locations across India or overseas, based on project requirements.

⚠️ Important Requirements
Candidates must be comfortable with the following:
🌙 Night Shifts: Willingness to work night shifts occasionally based on client/project requirements.
📅 Holiday Work: Willingness to work on holidays as per client requirements. Compensatory off will be provided as applicable.
✈️ Travel: Willingness to travel across India or overseas based on client/project requirements.
🏢 Work From Office: Candidates must be comfortable working from the Kochi office.
