Hiring: Senior Consultant / Manager – Banking Transformation
💼 Experience: [4-10 Years]
We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Banking Transformation practice, with hands-on experience in the Indian banking/financial services ecosystem.
Key Areas of Experience
- Liabilities: CASA, Savings/Current Accounts, Term Deposits, Deposits Growth & Acquisition
- Lending: Retail/Personal/Home/MSME Lending, Loan Origination, Credit Journey & Lending Operations
- Customer Experience: Onboarding, Digital Banking, Branch Transformation, Omnichannel & Service Journeys
- Business Transformation: BPR, Operating Model Design, Process Excellence, Productivity & Efficiency
Role Expectations
- Senior Consultant: Support transformation engagements, process diagnostics, journey redesign, business requirements, roadmaps, and stakeholder management.
- Manager: Lead transformation programs, manage senior client stakeholders, drive process/operating model redesign, governance, team development, and business development.
Ideal Background
- Experience in Indian banks, Big 4/Big 10 consulting, banking consulting, or financial services transformation
- Strong experience in banking transformation, process re-engineering, and customer journey redesign
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
