Hiring: SAP TM Advanced Consultant

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP TM Advanced Consultant with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) to drive solution design, implementation, configuration, optimization, and transformation initiatives across transportation and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP TM Advanced, Embedded TM, and S/4HANA environments, along with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP TM Advanced implementations across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.
✅ Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP TM solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
✅ Drive transportation management solution architecture discussions and recommend optimal logistics and transportation strategies.
✅ Configure and support:
- Freight Order Management
- Freight Unit Building & Planning
- Carrier Selection
- Transportation Planning & Optimization (VSR Optimizer)
- Freight Costing & Charge Calculation
- Freight Settlement
- Tendering & Carrier Collaboration
- Transportation Execution & Monitoring
- Event Management Integration
✅ Conduct business workshops, fit-gap analyses, CRP sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
✅ Prepare detailed RICEFW functional specifications and collaborate closely with ABAP, integration, and technical teams.
✅ Support SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
✅ Work extensively on SAP S/4HANA Embedded TM, supporting both Public and Private Cloud deployments.
✅ Configure and support BRF+, PPF, workflow automation, output management, and rule-based processing.
Mandatory Skills
- 8+ Years of Overall SAP Experience
- 6+ Years of Hands-on SAP Transportation Management (TM) Experience
- Minimum 1-2 Full Lifecycle SAP TM Advanced Implementations
- Strong Experience in SAP S/4HANA TM
- Hands-on Expertise with Embedded TM
- Strong Knowledge of Freight Planning, Transportation Execution, and Freight Settlement
- Advanced Configuration Experience in SAP TM Functionalities
- Experience with BRF+ and PPF Frameworks
- Experience in Creating and Reviewing RICEFW Functional Specifications
- Strong Client-Facing, Stakeholder Management, and Consulting Skills
