We're looking for passionate Python Fullstack Engineers who enjoy solving complex engineering challenges, building scalable enterprise software, and working with cutting-edge AI technologies.
What You'll do?
- Build high-performance REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Build responsive and high-quality user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies. (Good understanding in frontend development)
- Integrate AI/LLM services and APIs into enterprise applications.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and platform scalability.
- Explore and implement emerging AI and Generative AI technologies
- Work closely with Product, AI, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Contribute to architecture, performance optimization, and platform reliability
- Deploy and maintain cloud-native applications using Docker and AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Take ownership of features throughout the software development lifecycle.
Must Have Skills
- 2–4 years of professional Python backend development experience (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience building REST APIs and Microservices.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB.
- Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and software architecture.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Good To Have
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or AI Agents.
- Experience with LangChain, MCP, or Vector Databases.
- Experience in building Enterprise SaaS products.
