Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in Hyderabad. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, working across both front-end interfaces and back-end services. Responsibilities include building responsive user interfaces, implementing secure APIs, integrating databases, and optimizing performance for scalability and reliability. The role also involves collaborating with product, design, and QA teams, participating in code reviews, writing clean and maintainable code, and ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and best development practices. The developer will contribute to architectural decisions, help improve existing systems, and support the delivery of new features for Dhaniti’s fintech platform.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building and maintaining production-grade applications.
- Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, including server-side programming, API development, and database integration.
- Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible UI.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of secure coding practices, performance optimization, and debugging across the full technology stack.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in software development.
- Experience with fintech or financial systems, cloud platforms, version control (e.g., Git), and collaborative workflows is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.
