The Role
You'll drive every PO in your category from receipt to delivery within 21 days, orchestrating vendors, stock, and logistics so nothing slips. This is a high-variable, deadline-driven role for someone who thrives on keeping many moving parts in sync. You'll report directly to the Founder.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the PO-to-delivery cycle end to end, hitting the 21-day delivery SLA on every order.
- Plan stock and production against incoming POs; anticipate shortfalls before they happen.
- Coordinate with vendors on timelines, quantities, and quality, holding them to committed dates.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics with transporters and the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate, on-time GRNs and clean handover into fulfillment.
- Track every PO in the pipeline, flag risks early, and unblock bottlenecks across teams.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and finance for seamless execution.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-variable operations or projects end to end — with hard deadlines and several stakeholders.
- Strong coordination and relentless follow-through; you close loops.
- Vendor and logistics management experience.
- Comfort with tracking, timelines, and dashboards/spreadsheets to stay on top of many orders at once.
- Background in supply chain, operations, procurement, or fulfillment preferred.
- Quick Commerce or e-commerce familiarity is a plus.
