Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infor FSM CloudSuite HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Global HR and Human Capital Management (HCM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing Infor FSM HCM solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to support HR operations, optimize business processes, and deliver scalable HCM solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for Infor FSM CloudSuite HCM modules.
- Configure and maintain Global HR and HCM processes within Infor FSM.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and terminations.
- Configure workflows, approvals, security roles, and business rules.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing cycles, and deployments.
- Perform application troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, interfaces, and data migration activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Support SIT, UAT, go-live, hypercare, and post-production activities.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to improve system adoption and business processes.
Required Skills
- 5-10 years of overall HCM/HRIS experience.
- Hands-on experience with Infor FSM CloudSuite HCM.
- Strong expertise in Global HR (Mandatory).

- Employee & Manager Self-Service
- Experience with employee lifecycle management processes.
- Strong knowledge of HCM workflows, approvals, security, and organizational structures.
- Experience in system configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Infor Landmark experience.
- Infor Process Automation (IPA).
- Infor OS / ION integration knowledge.
- HR/Payroll integration experience.
- Infor FSM implementation or upgrade experience.
- Experience supporting global HR processes across multiple countries.
