Role Description The Front Desk Representative is a full-time, on-site role based at an Anytime Fitness center in North Delhi. This role is responsible for greeting members and guests, managing check-ins, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience from entry to exit. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and trial sessions, managing reservations for classes or personal training, and processing membership-related requests such as renewals, upgrades, and basic billing queries. The Front Desk Representative also maintains a clean and organized reception area, supports membership sales by providing accurate information about services and promotions, and collaborates with the coaching and operations teams to ensure smooth front-of-house operations. The representative is expected to uphold brand standards, maintain member confidentiality, and provide friendly, efficient service throughout each shift.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong customer service and receptionist duties skills, with the ability to welcome members, manage front desk operations, and handle walk-in inquiries professionally.
- Candidates should possess effective phone etiquette and communication skills to respond to calls, provide accurate information, and handle member concerns clearly and courteously.
- Candidates should possess reservations and scheduling skills to book classes, appointments, and trial sessions, and update systems or logs accurately.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and point-of-sale skills, including comfort with membership software, email, and standard office applications.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to work in a member-focused, fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in front desk, hospitality, fitness centers, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory; local language proficiency and good spoken English are beneficial.
- Candidates should possess reliability in attendance, willingness to work flexible hours or shifts, and a genuine interest in health, fitness, and member well-being.
