Role Overview
We are seeking a guest-focused and responsible Front Desk Executive / Hospitality Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our hostel—managing guest check-ins, delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining local regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations & Front Office: Manage check-ins/check-outs, handle phone/inperson inquiries, assist guests with local travel advice, and foster a welcoming community atmosphere.
- Compliance & Record Keeping: Accurately complete required guest reporting portals (Form C for international travelers and Form I for domestic guests) and maintain basic operational spreadsheets.
- Property Operations: Oversee common area upkeep, supervise housekeeping standards, and ensure room amenities are maintained to high hospitality standards.
- Shift Availability: Flexible operational availability, including on-site coverage for late-night guest arrivals when needed.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality (preferred, but equivalent customer service experience will be considered).
- Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi. Conversational Bengali is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, web portal navigation, digital communication).
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, punctuality, and a genuine passion for hospitality and travel culture.

Salary & Compensation:
- Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 / month (depending on experience).
