Looking for fluent French-speaking professionals for an international customer support role.
📍 Location: Thane, Maharashtra — Work from Office
💰 CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA
⏰ Shift: 24×7 Rotational
📅 Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs
🚌 Transport Facility Available
Requirements:
• French: B2–C2
• English: C1–C2
• 12th Pass: Minimum 6 months’ experience
• Graduates: Freshers can apply
• Pan-India candidates willing to relocate can apply
Role:
• Handle international customer calls in French
• Assist with bookings, cancellations, refunds & travel-related queries
• Maintain quality and SLA standards
• Document and escalate customer issues
