Job Title: Spanish Language Specialist

About the Role
Transcom is seeking dedicated and fluent Spanish Language Specialists to join our team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer support and communication to Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries, resolving customer queries, and providing solutions in clear, professional Spanish via email, chat, or phone.
- Maintain high standards of service quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Accurately document customer interactions and record details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduation degree is mandatory.
- Language Proficiency: Spanish B2 or C1 certification level required.
- Experience:
- B2 Certification: Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service or support experience.
- C1 Certification: Minimum 6 months of relevant customer service or support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset.
