HIRING: VIDEO EDITOR (INDIA)
We're looking for a long-term video editor to become a core part of our team.
You'll be editing:
• Client videos
• Founder personal brand content
• My own content
• Long-form YouTube videos
• Short-form content (Instagram, LinkedIn, X & YouTube Shorts)
I don't care about:
• Your age
• Your degree
• Your years of experience
I care about three things:
• You produce exceptional work.
• You hit deadlines.
• You communicate well.

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO EDIT BOTH OF THESE STYLES
*1) Motion Graphics & Explainer Videos*

You should be able to create:
• Premium motion graphics
• Custom text animations
• UI animations
• Shape animations
• Infographics & callouts
• Smooth transitions
• Professional sound design
• High-retention edits
This isn't template editing.
You should be comfortable creating custom animations inside After Effects.
*2) Cinematic Founder Videos*

• S-Log / LOG footage
• Professional color correction
• Cinematic color grading
• Natural skin tones
• Audio cleanup & mixing
• Storytelling & pacing
