About the Role
Globio is hiring an experienced Freelance German Language Trainer to conduct live online weekend classes for learners from A1 to B2 levels.
This role is ideal for trainers who are already teaching during weekdays and are available to take Saturday and Sunday batches. You'll help students build practical German language skills through interactive, learner-focused sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online German language classes on weekends.
- Deliver structured lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Encourage speaking practice through interactive activities and real-life conversations.
- Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and mock tests.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Resolve student doubts and support learners throughout their journey.
- Maintain attendance and share learner progress with the academic team.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth batch delivery.
Requirements
- German proficiency at C1 or C2 level (Goethe Certification or equivalent preferred).
- Experience teaching A1-B2 German learners (online or offline).
- Strong understanding of the CEFR framework.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote teaching setup.
- Must be available to conduct weekend classes (Saturday & Sunday).
Preferred
- Experience preparing students for Goethe, TELC, or TestDaF examinations.
- Experience handling interactive online classrooms.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and AI-assisted learning resources.
