VismiinTrend is an Indian bags & accessories brand backed by our own manufacturing facility in Jaipur.
We are now building the next version of VismiinTrend — a premium handbag brand targeting the premium customer base.
We are looking for an experienced Product & Design Leader who can define what we should make, not just how it should look.
What you will own
- Define VismiinTrend's product & design direction
- Identify the right categories, silhouettes, materials, colours and price points
- Build cohesive handbag collections with a clear brand point of view
- Create briefs and guide freelance designers
- Review concepts and prototypes and decide what moves forward
- Work closely with our in-house factory to turn ideas into commercially viable products
- Help establish a distinctive VismiinTrend design language
We are looking for someone who
- Has 7+ years of experience in handbags, accessories, leather goods or fashion
- Has experience building commercial collections, not just designing individual products
- Understands design + consumer + commercial + manufacturing
- Can look at 20 ideas and know which 5 are worth developing
- Has strong knowledge of materials, hardware, construction and current global fashion direction
This is not a conventional designer role.

"This is what VismiinTrend should make next — and this is why."
