About the Role
AVPL International is looking for an experienced FPV Drone Pilot with strong practical knowledge of FPV drone flying and operations. The candidate will be responsible for operating FPV drones, executing planned flight missions, maintaining drone equipment, and ensuring safe and efficient drone operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate FPV drones for assigned operational and project requirements.
- Perform accurate and controlled manual FPV flights.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight safety checks.
- Plan flight routes and assess the operating environment.
- Operate FPV goggles, radio transmitters, cameras, and related equipment.
- Execute cinematic and dynamic FPV flights as required.
- Maintain proper control of the drone during complex flight operations.
- Assemble, configure, and test FPV drones.
- Perform basic maintenance and repair of FPV drones.
- Troubleshoot motors, ESCs, flight controllers, VTX, receivers, batteries, and other components.
- Maintain and manage FPV batteries and other equipment.
- Monitor weather and environmental conditions before flights.
- Identify potential flight risks and take appropriate safety precautions.
- Maintain flight records and equipment-related documentation.
- Follow company SOPs and applicable drone safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the operations and technical teams.
- Ensure proper handling, transportation, and storage of drone equipment.
- Report technical issues, equipment damage, and flight incidents to the reporting manager.
- Travel to project locations as required.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 2–6 years of hands-on experience as an FPV Pilot or in a relevant drone operations role.
- Strong practical knowledge of manual FPV drone flying.
- Experience with FPV drone assembly, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of drone safety procedures and operational standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments and travelling for assignments.

Salary
Up to ₹35,000 per month
Compensation will depend on experience, technical expertise, FPV flying skills, and interview performance.
