🛠️ SAP Enable Now: 5+ Years Hands-on Experience
We are looking for an experienced FP&A Training Developer with strong expertise in SAP Enable Now and Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes to develop role-based learning solutions for Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting transformation initiatives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop SAP Enable Now simulations, e-learning modules, QRGs, job aids, and process documentation.
- Create engaging training content for FP&A processes and finance systems.
- Translate complex finance processes into clear and user-friendly learning solutions.
- Support training deployment, user readiness, and post-go-live adoption.
- Collaborate with Finance SMEs, Process Owners, and Change Management teams.
- Validate training content for accuracy, quality, and business relevance.
- Maintain content governance, quality standards, and learning repositories.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Training Development / Learning Enablement.
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP Enable Now development experience.
- Strong understanding of FP&A, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience with Finance Transformation, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Finance, or EPM implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and instructional design skills.
🔹 Preferred Skills
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning
- SAP S/4HANA Finance
- SAP BPC / OneStream / Anaplan / Oracle EPM or similar planning platforms
- Change Management & User Adoption
- Adult Learning & Instructional Design methodologies
