🚗 KARRO IS HIRING | FOUNDING OPERATIONS PARTNER
Build Karro from 0 → 1 with us.
Karro is building a doorstep car-care and car-ownership platform, starting from Jamshedpur.
We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on person who wants to join us at the very early stage and take ownership of building our on-ground operations.
⚠️ This is an early-stage, performance-based opportunity
.
There is no fixed salary at the initial stage. Compensation will be directly linked to the business generated and operational results delivered
.
🎯 What you’ll d
o
You will work directly with the Founder and help build Karro’s operations from the ground up
.
Your responsibilities will include
:
🔹 Finding and onboarding car wash/detailing technician
s🔹 Training and coordinating the service tea
m🔹 Creating and improving car-wash SOP
s🔹 Managing daily customer booking
s🔹 Assigning technicians to customer
s🔹 Ensuring services are completed on tim
e🔹 Conducting quality check
s🔹 Managing customer feedback and complaint
s🔹 Finding equipment, chemicals and consumable supplier
s🔹 Maintaining operational inventor
y🔹 Helping onboard apartments/societie
s🔹 Building relationships with customers and local partner
s🔹 Tracking daily bookings, revenue and operational performanc
e🔹 Identifying problems and creating solution

Your earnings will be performance-based

The more Karro grows through your efforts, the more you earn
