About the company
Venomics AI is building AI-powered platforms for venom-based drug discovery. By combining artificial intelligence, computational biology, and experimental science, we are accelerating the discovery of next-generation therapeutics.
We are looking for a Founding Chartered Accountant to build and lead our finance function from the ground up. This role goes beyond traditional accounting and offers the opportunity to shape financial systems, compliance, and strategy in a fast-growing deep-tech biotech startup.

Key Responsibilities
* Accounting and bookkeeping
* GST, TDS, ROC and Income Tax compliance
* Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
* Payroll and statutory compliance
* Investor reporting and fundraising documentation
* Employee insurance and benefits coordination
* Building scalable financial processes
Requirements
* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 2-5 years of experience
* Experience with Zoho Books, Tally, Prime or Xero
* Strong knowledge of MCA, GST, Income Tax and corporate compliance
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
