The finance team plays a strategic role in business planning, investor reporting, and financial control.
Designation: CA Industrial Trainee
Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)
Qualification: CA Intermediate cleared (Both Groups preferred)
Role & Responsibilities :
The Industrial Trainee will work closely with the Finance, FP&A, and Audit teams and will be involved in:
- Assisting in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and MIS reporting
- Supporting statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit processes Assisting in preparation of financial statements, schedules, and reconciliations
- Working on investor reporting, financial models, and business performance analysis
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assisting in process improvements, automation, and financial controls
- Coordinating with different departments for financial data and analysis
- Working on special projects related to IPO readiness, financial reporting, and strategic finance
Requirements:
- CA Intermediate cleared (Both Groups preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, and Excel
- Interest in FP&A, corporate finance, and business finance
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Self-driven, proactive, and willing to learn
