About the Role
We are looking for a versatile, self-driven associate to work directly with the Founder across business strategy, product design, CAD modeling, research, and manufacturing coordination. You will bridge the gap between initial product concepts and practical execution.
Key Responsibilities
Founder’s Office & Execution: Assist in strategic projects, market research, business plans, tracking deadlines, and vendor/stakeholder communications.
Product Design & 3D Modeling: Convert concepts and sketches into 2D technical drawings and 3D CAD models. Make design modifications based on feedback, testing, and manufacturing constraints.
R&D & Prototyping: Research materials, manufacturing methods, and components for medical devices; support prototyping and design iterations.
Documentation & Coordination: Maintain version-controlled design files, product specs, and technical documentation. Coordinate directly with manufacturing partners.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical,Electrical, Biomedical, Industrial Design, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong CAD portfolios are welcome).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one CAD/CAM software . Ability to read engineering drawings, tolerances, and technical specifications.
Mindset: Creative, structured, fast learner, and comfortable multitasking in an early-stage startup environment.
