🚀 HIRING | FOUNDER'S OFFICE
📍 Location:Sector 62, Noida | WFO
💼 Experience: 1–4 Years
Cosma FertilitY is looking for a professional, well-presented, proactive and execution-focused individual to join our Founder's Office team.
This role will involve working closely with the Founders & Leadership Team across strategy, business operations, marketing, business development, sales and growth initiatives.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Founders & Leadership Team on strategic initiatives
• Drive projects from planning to execution
• Support Business Development & Sales initiatives
• Assist with Growth & Marketing activities
• Plan, execute and monitor Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns independently
• Coordinate with business partners, external stakeholders and internal teams
• Manage and coordinate Team members to ensure smooth execution
• Identify operational gaps and support process improvement
• Work on business analysis, dashboards, reports & presentations
• Support cross-functional business challenges and ensure timely execution
• Take **end-to-end ownership of assigned projects
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• 1–4 years of experience in Founder's Office, Business Operations, Strategy, Business Development, Sales, Marketing or similar roles
• Professional, confident and well-presented personality, with a polished presence suitable for working closely with senior leadership
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong corporate etiquette, professionalism and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional conduct, reliability and accountability in a fast-paced work environment
• Proven experience in independently running Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
• Experience in team management and coordination
• Experience coordinating with business partners and key stakeholders
• Exposure to Business Development & Sales
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Highly proactive, accountable & execution-oriented
• Strong Time management, organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Good command of Excel/Google Sheets & presentation tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
