About Blowtrumpet Technologies
Blowtrumpet Technologies is an AI-native, programmatic ad-tech company based in South Delhi, building an integrated platform ecosystem for digital advertising — including a demand-side platform (Ravaki), a supply-side platform (Tejaki), an ad exchange (Vedoki), along with Cogito, State of Ads, and the core Blowtrumpet platform. We are a fast-moving, hands-on team where product, design, content, and operations decisions happen in close collaboration with the founder.
About the Role
The Founder's Office Associate is a high-visibility, high-ownership role working directly with the Founder across hiring, communication, documentation, and coordination. This is not a narrow support function — the person in this role will write and shape how Blowtrumpet communicates internally and externally, help build the company's people function, and produce the technical, legal, and training material that underpins how the company operates and scales. It is best suited to someone early in their career who reads and writes exceptionally well, is genuinely curious about technology and advertising, and wants a steep, hands-on learning curve working alongside founders.
Key Responsibilities
Communication & Writing
• Draft, edit, and proofread all forms of written communication — internal notes, external correspondence, website copy, and technical documentation — with native-level command of English and a sharp eye for tone and clarity.
• Write and structure technically sound documents: how-tos, tutorials, product explainers, website material, and process documentation.
• Create handbooks, training material, presentations, and brochures that clearly explain Blowtrumpet's products and way of working to employees, candidates, partners, and clients.
Hiring & People Coordination
• Own end-to-end coordination of the hiring process: job postings, resume screening and review, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and candidate communication.
• Take structured minutes and notes for meetings and interviews, and maintain organised hiring and documentation trackers.
• Support the Founder's Office in building out HR processes, onboarding material, and applicant tracking as the team scales.
Technical & Industry Fluency
• Develop and maintain a working understanding of advertising technologies (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, programmatic buying) and how they map to Blowtrumpet's own platform ecosystem.
• Stay abreast of technology platforms, trends in media and marketing, and how brands are advertising today, feeding relevant insights back into content and product conversations.
• Help frame technical requirements in coordination with product, design, and engineering, translating discussions into clear written specifications.
• Bring a working understanding of data science, analytics, and software platforms to hiring, content, and documentation work — enough to engage credibly with technical teams and candidates.
Community & External Presence
• Engage with and monitor relevant online communities — Discord, Slack, Reddit, SourceForge, and LinkedIn — to track conversations, source talent, and represent Blowtrumpet where relevant.
Legal, Contracts & Documentation
• Understand the basics of copyright and applicable law as they relate to content, product documentation, and contracts.
• Draft and write legally sound, clearly worded language for contracts, documentation, tutorials, and how-tos, working with external counsel where needed.
• Document and articulate Blowtrumpet's style of working — processes, norms, and standards — in a form that can be used to train and onboard new team members.
What We're Looking For
• Graduate from a tier-1 institute, preferably from Delhi University; strong academic record.
• Native-level command of English — exceptional reading comprehension and writing ability; comfortable producing polished, error-free documents under time pressure.
• Strong communicator, equally comfortable coordinating interviews, writing a brochure, or explaining a technical how-to.
• Genuine interest in and working knowledge of advertising technology, digital marketing, and how brands advertise today.
• Relevant industry exposure in ad-tech, software product development, gaming culture, or the creator economy is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable navigating online communities such as Discord, Slack, Reddit, SourceForge, and LinkedIn.
• Working understanding of data science, analytics, and technology platforms — near-essential for this role.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple concurrent threads — hiring pipelines, documentation, and coordination — without dropping the ball.
• Based in South Delhi or a commutable region; this is a full-time, on-site-only role.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and a strong desire to learn fast in a founder-led, early-stage environment.
What You'll Gain
• Direct, daily exposure to a founder across product, hiring, content, and strategy decisions.
• A steep learning curve across ad-tech, company-building, and cross-functional operations, with outsized ownership from day one.
• A front-row seat to building the people, documentation, and communication backbone of an AI-native ad-tech company.
How to Apply
Interested candidates should submit a resume along with a short writing sample (an essay, article, or documentation piece) that demonstrates their command of written English. We do not entertain applications where candidates assure relocation in order to service the responsibilities of this requirement. If you have a clear understanding that the interview process will also be on-site, use flight No. AI-101 when asked during the interview process.
