Software is everywhere, but most of it still doesn’t actually understand how the business works. Behind every enterprise system are thousands of workflows, rules, exceptions, integrations, and years of tribal knowledge sitting in people’s heads. Humans navigate this because they understand context. AI still can’t do this reliably - and that’s the core problem we’re solving at Calyb.
Every company wants to become AI-native, but making real workflows intelligent is still painfully hard. You have to map systems, extract undocumented business logic, capture human judgment, and turn all of that into something an AI system can reason over and execute. This can take months for a single workflow, and across an enterprise there are thousands. The result is a massive gap between what AI could automate and what it can actually do today.
Calyb is building the intelligence layer for enterprise software - capturing how businesses actually work and encoding it into systems that power AI Workers. Instead of months of setup, we make it possible to go from understanding a workflow to deploying intelligence in days. We’re already doing this across insurance, financial services, and SaaS, and expanding across enterprises.
The Role: You will operate as the founder's "second brain" - a partner who co-owns the why behind our strategy, challenges it relentlessly, and executes the how. Your work will span GTM, Product, and whatever else needs to get done. A little tech tinkering won't hurt :)
We do not need a consultant or researcher. We need a generalist athlete who wants to build, ship, and scale our growth engines from the ground up.

- Insanely High Agency: You don't ask for a playbook; you find the bottleneck and build the playbook yourself.
- High "Clock Speed": You think fast, learn fast, and execute faster. You measure progress in hours, not weeks.
- An Owner, Not a Renter: You don't walk past an unsolved problem. You take ownership, figure out what needs to happen, and drive it to completion.
- Future Founder: You want to start your own company one day, and you know a 0-to-1 environment is one of the best places to learn how to actually build one.
- Technically Lethal: You have graduated far beyond using ChatGPT for generic summaries. You build workflows, write vibe code, and use AI to 10x your output - with actual taste and strategic depth.

What You Will Actually Do: You won't be shadowing; you will be shipping. Your focus will span three core areas:
- GTM Execution: You will be the tip of the spear for our outbound and inbound motions. You will identify beachheads, build the lists, write the sequences, run experiments, and get us in the room with the right decision-makers.
- Product: You will work closely with customers, identify usage and adoption gaps, turn what we learn into product and growth opportunities, and help build the loops that make what works repeatable.
- The "Get Shit Done" Engine: You are the special ops team. Whether it's setting up CRM automations, fixing a customer success bottleneck, figuring out a broken process, or hacking together a landing page - you own the outcome.
