We're hiring: Founder's Personal Brand & Content Strategist
Location: Hybrid, Pune or Mumbai, plus travel
Compensation: Rs 15,000 to Rs 35,000/month, based on experience
This is not a social media manager role.
We need someone who can sit with a Founder, spot the stories hiding in everyday work, and turn them into content. Strategy to shooting to editing to publishing, end to end.
You'll be the person behind the camera, behind the content strategy, and often beside the Founder.
What you'll actually do:
→ Build a content strategy around the Founder's voice, expertise and business
→ Shoot and edit reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes content
→ Write hooks, scripts and captions that don't sound templated
→ Travel with the Founder when required, content happens anywhere
→ Own the social presence end to end: calendar, publishing, analytics, iteration
Who we're looking for:
→ A creator first, not a manager
→ Can shoot and edit short-form video independently
→ Strong grip on Instagram and LinkedIn
→ Proactive, curious, comfortable with ambiguity
→ You don't wait to be handed content ideas. You find them.
